Dick Aude

Richard L. Aude is an affiliate partner with Insight Experience. He brings significant consulting and teaching experience to Insight and its clients. Over his career, Dick has taught thousands of executives in hundreds of programs on topics such as strategy, general management, leadership, finance and process analysis. His client work with Insight includes Cisco Systems, PayPal, Aerotek, Kaiser Permanente, International Paper, and Abbott Labs.

In addition to his work with Insight, Dick is president of Nantucket Group, Inc., an executive education consulting firm he founded in 1988 to assist organizations in improving performance by helping to build the capabilities and motivation that are required to successfully implement strategy. Prior to forming Nantucket Group, Inc., Dick worked for several companies in consulting and executive positions including Nolan, Norton & Company, a leading IT-strategy consulting company; McCormack & Dodge, a leading software company; and IBM, where he managed the prestigious Chief Executive Officers Class — a program designed for chairpersons, vice-chairpersons and presidents of IBM’s largest customers.

Dick is the author of The Golden Rule of Leadership.  He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and his B.S.E.E. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
