Expert facilitators lead a series of discussions and real-world exercises that focus on financial concepts, executing dealer strategies and leadership skills. Throughout the program, current Caterpillar and dealer financials are used to illustrate the concepts presented. Facilitators Ned Wasniewski and Tim Goodman each have more than 20 years experience leading simulation-based learning experiences and have worked with Caterpillar dealer audiences in North and South America; Europe; the Middle East and Africa; Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
