The Powering Up – Financials and Profitability program is a customized business simulation experience that introduced participants to the drivers of profitability and company-specific financial terms and metrics. The target audience for Powering Up is operational leaders, also referred to as Front Line Leaders (FLLs), which number more than 1,300 persons across the company’s locations in Western Canada, South America, and the United Kingdom and Ireland. During the simulation experience, participants, working in teams, assumed the role of a dealership Branch Manager. As Branch Manager, they applied and practiced course concepts in a simulated, multi-functional business that is modeled after their organization's core businesses as the world’s largest heavy machinery dealership.
Insight Experience is the proud to be a part of the 2022 Training Magazine Network Choice Awards winners circle in Leadership Development! Across six categories, the public was asked to cast a vote to one of 650 companies competing for this award. In total, 5,920 votes were cast and Insight Experience was selected amongst 14 others within the Leadership Development category.
