Best Use of Games or Simulations for Learning
The Powering Up – Financials and Profitability program is a customized business simulation experience that introduces participants at Finning to the drivers of profitability and company-specific financial terms and metrics. The target audience for Powering Up is operational leaders, also referred to as Front Line Leaders (FLLs), which number more than 1,300 persons across the company's locations in Western Canada, South America, and the United Kingdom and Ireland. During the simulation experience, participants, working in teams, assume the role of a dealership Branch Manager. As Branch Manager, they apply and practice course concepts in a simulated, multifunctional business that is modeled after their organization's core businesses as the world’s largest heavy machinery dealership.

Training Magazine Network Choice Awards
Insight Experience is the proud to be a part of the 2022 Training Magazine Network Choice Awards winners circle in Leadership Development. Across six categories, the public was asked to cast a vote to one of 650 companies competing for this award. In total, 5,920 votes were cast and Insight Experience was selected amongst 14 others within the Leadership Development category.

The Excellence in Technology Awards from the Brandon Hall Group, judged by an international panel of industry experts, recognizes businesses whose technology measurably benefits the workforce in many areas, including Learning and Development. Insight Experience received two 2022 bronze awards:
1) A Talent Management Technology Award (in the category of Best Advance in Leadership Simulation Tools) for the development of a custom business interface that deepens learning about relationship-building and network development and ...
2) A Learning and Development Technology Award (in the category of Best Advance in Gaming or Simulation Technology) for the introduction of quantative and qualitative peer evaluation into our simulation software, which grows the communication skills of program participants.
