Our award-winning 2023 Gold entry for Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program is centered on our Amazon Day 1 Director program, a unique offering designed to engage, align, develop and support Directors across businesses and geographies. The program focuses on the universal challenges of sustaining organizational culture and scaling for growth and has been delivered to more than 2,000 directors worldwide. The program combines perspectives from senior leaders, a custom-developed business simulation with live role-play interactions, and facilitated coaching and dialogue in small groups.
Best Use of Games and Simulations for Learning
The same Amazon program won a 2023 Silver award for Best Use of Games and Simulations for Learning. In partnership with Amazon, Insight Experience custom-developed this business simulation for senior leaders as part of a three-day leadership program designed to reinforce leading at scale, highlight Amazon’s unique leadership culture in practice, and provide a foundation for experience-sharing cross functions, businesses, and geographies. The simulation was built to present real-life scenarios facing the target population; highlight the tensions and trade-offs facing Amazon leaders across all businesses; reinforce Amazon’s culture and Leadership Principles in practice; integrate live role plays with feedback; and create an engaging, robust learning experience with credible business results for the participants.
Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy
Our 2023 award-winning Silver entry for Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy is for our Accelerate Program with Convoy. This is a two-day, in-person intensive that enables managers to deepen their understanding and application of Convoy’s Manager Expectations. The program brings the Manager Expectations to life through a highly customized business simulation experience, individual and group reflection, and application activities to practice desired manager behaviors in challenging business situations.

Training magazine's peer-rated, crowd-sourced vendor awards program recognizes outstanding training products and solutions.
Training Magazine Network invites its 56,000-plus engaged member community to cast their votes for the vendor partners they find to provide the most effective tools and solutions for their work. The voting was held online from March 15 to June 15, 2023. Some 4,734 votes were cast by 1,886 unique respondents for 473 companies. For the second year in a row, Insight Experience received a 2023 award in the category of Leadership Development.
