Frequently Asked Questions

This program is designed for leaders and change sponsors responsible for shaping, evolving, or activating organizational culture — from executives leading transformation efforts to mid-level leaders critical for translating that direction into action across the organization.

Traditional programs often focus on awareness. This experience focuses on action. Participants practice real leadership decisions in a business simulation or scenario-based experience, where culture is reflected in trade-offs, communication, and priorities, not just stated values. This makes culture tangible and measurable through leadership behavior.

In the simulation, leaders make real decisions under pressure — how they communicate, handle resistance, and model values when trade-offs are hard — and see the direct impact on their team and business outcomes. That repeated practice in a realistic, consequence-free environment builds the behavioral muscle that a workshop or values training can't replicate.

Participants build practical skills to lead culture intentionally — translating cultural aspirations into leadership behaviors, communicating strategy and change in a way that motivates and aligns teams, reinforcing accountability and consistency across the organization, leading through ambiguity and resistance during transformation, and connecting culture to business performance and outcomes.

Participants engage in simulation-based decision-making, leadership discussions, and application, practicing communicating direction, aligning stakeholders, and reinforcing behaviors while seeing how those actions shape culture over time. Programs also include a "take it to the team" component where leaders prepare to cascade their learning back to the organization.

Fully customizable. Cultural scenarios, leadership challenges, and communication moments are designed to reflect your organization's specific culture, transformation goals, values, and business context, ensuring direct relevance.

The program is flexible and can be delivered as a standalone leadership experience, as part of a broader transformation initiative, or as a series of sessions with reinforcement such as microlearning or follow-on modules. It's available in person, virtually, or in a blended format.

Yes, programs can run across multiple cohorts concurrently or sequentially, and virtual and hybrid delivery options make it accessible to leaders regardless of geography. We work with sponsors to maintain consistency across cohorts while allowing for regional adaptation where needed.
