Prior to joining Insight Experience, she brought more than a decade of leadership in training and operational development—building and delivering onboarding programs, training content, and talent development systems.
Kym holds a B.S in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Bridgewater State University. When not at work, Kym enjoys hiking, golfing, skiing, and traveling.
