Nicki Salcedo

Nicki Salcedo is an Affiliate at Insight Experience. She has more than 20 years of experience working with all levels of leaders and facilitating programs globally. She is an organizational and leadership development consultant and has a special interest in sales, client success, partnerships, DEI, company culture, and mental health. Her career has focused on health care strategies, technology, and solutions.

Nicki holds a B.A. in English and Creative Writing from Stanford University. She is a guest lecturer for Emory University’s Goizueta Business School Senior Seminar Series and a facilitator with the Emory Continuing Education program. In her spare time, Nicki is a certified instructor of Adult Mental Health First Aid. Nicki lives in Atlanta with her four kids and husband. She enjoys sports, reading, and movies.
