Rachel Halsall is an executive systemic coach, facilitator, and keynote speaker who has gained a unique understanding of corporate life across a range of cultures. After gaining a Master's degree in International Relations, she started her career at the Japanese Embassy. Rachel has also worked in house at Credit Suisse, Barclays, and Waverton Investment Management in the financial sector. Rachel then entered the legal sector as Head of Learning for Withers Worldwide.

Since launching her own business in 2012, Rachel designs and delivers training, coaching, and leadership programmes for many organisations including Fieldfisher, Rathbones, and McLaren Racing. She speaks on a range of topics including networking, collaboration, and  human connection. She works across multiple sectors, which enables her to see themes across businesses and to facilitate and coach with more depth.
 
Rachel has a direct and punchy coaching style that works well with senior leaders and teams across sectors. The majority of her work focuses on communication, deep relationship management, and enhancing leadership skills.
 
Rachel is an ICF-accredited coach, certified in Myers-Briggs and Hogan Assessments, and is a Practitioner of Systemic Coaching with Coaching Constellations. She is also a doctoral student studying Systems Leadership.
