Tom has been designing and developing business simulations for most of his career. He brings a unique combination of technical and business expertise to Insight Experience and its clients.
Tom has had the opportunity to design and develop many different business simulations for a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, technology, insurance, financial services, airline, telecommunications, consumer goods, and retail. He's helped to design and develop many "grounds-up" custom simulations and has created various product families that have grown over time to create custom experiences for IE's clients. Tom's vision for IE's simulation products is to provide vehicles for participants to learn and develop new skills in a risk-free environment while, at the same time, making it an enjoyable and memorable experience for both them and facilitators. To that end, Tom focuses his efforts on "making hard things easy" by creating simulations that have the right balance of detail and simplicity.
Tom graduated from the Catholic University of America with a B.S. in Computer Science Engineering.
