Insight Experience (IE) has been named a 2026 Training Magazine Network Choice Awards winner in the Leadership Development category. The Choice Awards are the training industry's only crowd-sourced solution provider awards, meaning winners are chosen by votes from clients, learners, end users, and industry experts. Training magazine announced the 2026 winners on September 29, 2026.
What are the Training Magazine Network Choice Awards?
The Choice Awards are run by Training magazine and Training Magazine Network (TMN). Unlike awards decided by a judging panel, Choice Awards winners are selected through public voting. People who use and evaluate learning solutions cast votes for the providers they rate highest.
Training magazine reported that the 2026 voting was its most competitive yet, with close to 12,000 votes cast for nearly 300 providers. Providers were ranked based on the effectiveness of their tools, platforms, and services.
Training magazine Editor/Publisher Lorri Freifeld described this year's winners this way: "These provider organizations are standouts for their customer care, innovation, and training solutions that truly optimize, engage, and prepare learners. We're excited to further recognize their dedication to 'what's next' in our ever-evolving field of learning and development."
What does the Leadership Development category recognize?
The Leadership Development category honors programs that build the skills, mindset, and adaptability leaders need in today's workplace. Recognized programs serve leaders at every level, from emerging managers to senior executives, and strengthen areas such as strategic thinking, decision-making, and leading through change. Training magazine notes that the category recognizes programs that support long-term business and workforce success.
How were winners selected?
Training and TMN compiled an alphabetical list of providers in each category using their own industry data and research, without regard to any business affiliation. Voters could choose from that list or enter their own preferred provider. Winners were determined by a combination of total votes and an average weighted score based on effectiveness, so there is no set number of winners per category. See the full list of winners.
