Inc. 5000 2025 award seal for fastest-growing private companies

We’re thrilled to share that Insight Experience has once again been named to the Inc. 5000, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. This is our second consecutive year on the national list and, notably, our first year earning both the Inc. 5000 and the Inc. Regionals: Northeast recognition.

The Inc. 5000 celebrates the independent businesses driving real momentum across the U.S. economy. Past honorees include household names like Timberland, Patagonia, Oracle, and Microsoft, as well as thousands of companies making their mark in specialized and emerging industries.

Our growth and success is a direct result of the depth of our client relationships and the creativity of our team,” says Amanda Hickman, Founding Partner at Insight Experience. "Leadership development is in transformation as AI revolutionizes how work will be done. I'm so proud of our team's constant invention of new ways to help leaders grow and succeed."

The 2025 Inc. 5000 class includes companies that grew rapidly in a time of economic complexity and shifting workforce dynamics, a true reflection of adaptability, clarity, and customer commitment.

“Making the Inc. 5000 is always a remarkable achievement, but earning a spot this year speaks volumes about a company’s tenacity and clarity of vision,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “These businesses have thrived amid rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant change. They didn’t just weather the storm—they grew through it, and their stories are a powerful reminder that the entrepreneurial spirit is the engine of the U.S. economy.”
